James Crumbley will be the third member of his family to test the criminal justice system when he goes to trial over his alleged role in the Nov. 30, 2021, Oxford High School mass shooting carried out by his son Ethan Crumbley, who has been sentenced to life without parole. The teenager killed four students and injured seven others, using a gun that his parents had gifted him just days earlier.
