This is no exercise — US wants to encircle China with actual troops

Even though the US spends 40 percent of the combined military budgets of the world, more than the next 7 biggest spenders combined, Pentagon officials are indicating to Congress that they need to increase the US military budget by $7 billion and send US troops to the Pacific to be in “close quarters” with China. China replied by decrying Washington’s “Cold War and zero-sum mentality” that leads to obsessive military superiority. RT America’s Alex Mihalovich has the details. Then former UK MP George Galloway joins Rick Sanchez to discuss.

The same countries against China today are the same countries that Invaded, Pillaged and Raped China in the past. 😂🤪🤦‍♂️

American military hardware is bound to cost more than Chinese hardware. It's impossible to encircle China , but it is wise to force the Chicoms to spend more time and energy within the region than globally , as they are now.

No Politician has any control over th MIC of the USA, It does what it wants for profit. As soon as a part of the uSA economy becomes rich enough it buys its own section of the Government

So a country that creates islands in the middle of the sea, depletes all known seafood known to man, and say the area belongs to them since ancient times is not a threat. The US is not innocent too, but come on RT, be fair.

Even the world against China, China will make sure the world is going down with them, no mankind or any living things would survive.

Now the insecure, egotistical power holders have to start a war. That’s what you get when someone takes competition seriously. When someone becomes increasingly capitalist. War.

Laughable. America is fighting with invisible enemy. If you ask China she will say who is fighting who? Not definitely with China. China has no plan for war.

Do you really think that China's CCP is going to tell the rest of the world what it's spending on defense spending 🤣🤣
China might say it's spending 250 billion but in reality it's spending much much more

Has anyone considered the possibility that the motivation is simply the obsession with the pursuit and maintenance of feeling superior?

The modern US economy is based in war and so it needs enemies in order to make profits. If it can push China into a cold war that will have an impact on its non military economic power and that is perhaps the real goal of the US. China is already the dominant economic power in the world and the US is on the way down. It hopes to stop this process by turning the world into one big battleground.

Look at what the US is doing to china and Russia but when the Russia came to Venezuela it was a big problem smh America will fall look at what u did to Afghanistan Lebanon Iraq Syria and much more

American leaders just love to blame others for their own failures and demonize anyone, who is winning them in any aspects of their Nation’s development.

As long as those US bases are within the range of those chinese nuclear missiles, it's just like swathing flies and sitting ducks. Perhaps these are excuses for more purchases and so more kickbacks and bribes for US generals and politicians at the expense of us soldiers' lives. why do the US citizens vote such corrupt leaders and allow their children to be sacrificial lambs is beyond me or perhaps the democracy system is just a farce. whoever they voted in doesn't matter because they are all as corrupt.

Journalist: It is year 2035, China, how did you become Number 1?
China: It was too easy. We just scared the US into spending itself into oblivion just like the USSR did.
Russia: Oh, the irony is so delicious.

But look at the reality of this big power he is on his knees in Afghanistan we learn from the law of physics that when big objects fall it fall badly.
