Security systems have activated following a loss of power at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, according to Russian state media.

The plant, which has been under Russian control since March, has seen shelling in and around the site in recent weeks, prompting fears of a nuclear incident.

Both sides have said the other has been deliberately targeting the plant.
