President Jimmy Carter's funeral procession moves to U.S. Capitol

President Jimmy Carter’s funeral procession travels from Joint Base Andrews air force base in Maryland to the U.S. Navy Memorial and then the U.S. Capitol, where the 39th president will lie in state. Members of Congress will pay their respects at a service in the rotunda.
