New York Times ‘glorifies’ Ayatollah Khamenei’s legacy after ‘murderous’ dictator’s death

Sky News host Caleb Bond discusses a headline by the New York Times which “glorified” Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s legacy after his death.

“A headline in the New York Times, Ayatollah Khamenei dies aged 86, leader who put Iran on the map or words to those effect,” Mr Bond told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.

“Do you reckon they would have written a headline, Hitler dies, aged 56, who made Germany a European power?

“You wouldn’t glorify Hitler in that way.”
