Accused murderer Kouri Richins is now also accused of witness tampering. Prosecutors say a search of her cell block revealed a letter instructing Richins’ brother to lie in court. However, Richins says the letter is actually part of a fictional book she is writing in jail. Richins is accused of killing her husband then writing a children’s book on grief.
