Gwyneth Paltrow testified in court on Friday in a civil trial stemming from a 2016 ski crash in Utah’s Deer Valley. Plaintiff Terry Sanderson is suing the actor for more than $300,000, claiming the collision in Park City was a result of Paltrow’s negligence and that it left him with physical injuries and emotional distress. Paltrow has countersued for $1 and attorney fees and claims Sanderson was responsible for the crash.
