President Donald Trump confirmed in a video posted to his Truth Social account on Feb. 28 that the United States and Israel launched “major combat operations” against Iran. The Pentagon labeled the strikes as “OPERATION EPIC FURY,” and Israel named its strikes “Roaring Lion.”
