Dogs in costume parade through the Senate during 'Doggi Gras'

Wednesday was a memorable day to be a dog on Capitol Hill. Pups paraded through the Senate in Mardi Gras costumes and beads.

Never mind that Mardi Gras last week, or that dogs probably don’t know what it is. “Doggi Gras” — was for humans.
