UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and EU chief Ursula von der Leyen have hailed a “decisive breakthrough” as they agree new post-Brexit trade arrangements for Northern Ireland. 

The UK PM confirms there will be green and red lanes for goods into Northern Ireland and says “we have removed any sense of a border in the Irish Sea”.
