Relief supplies are struggling to get through to areas impacted by Monday’s earthquake in Syria.

Syrians affected by the quakes say they’ve received “next to nothing” in foreign aid.

Syrian state media reported the government approved the delivery of humanitarian aid to all parts of the country.
 
A spokesman for the UN secretary-general said it is working “as quickly as possible” to get supplies to rebel-held areas.
