    The moment Butigieg and Capito come to an agreement and there is a vote, republicans will vote against the bill. Don't fall for that "bipartisan" trap. Make sure that if Republicans are voting against the bill, you have a plan B to get this done.

    can't – must not go on forever. Forget republicans' pretensions about bi-partisanship. they didn't care about bipartisanship during Obama's years. And they didn't care about bipartisanship when they were in charge with trump, so if they are stalling and weakening the infrastructure bill, forget them and just do it as democrats.
