Dangerous cold temperatures are affecting tens of millions from the Northwest to the Southern Plains. Snow continues to fall in some areas with temperatures reaching below zero as the rough conditions take a toll on the roads and air travel as well. NBC’s Jesse Kirsch reports for Sunday TODAY.
