We’re finally driving Route 66 for the very first time… and wow, what a start 🇺🇸
After leaving the Grand Canyon, we begin one of the most famous road trips in the world, the legendary Route 66, also known as the Mother Road. Opened in 1926, this route is packed with history, classic American road trip culture, and some of the most unique roadside stops you’ll ever see.

Starting in Flagstaff, Arizona, we explore one of the best preserved stretches of Route 66, driving both the old road and the newer highways to see what remains of this iconic route today.
Along the way, we visit abandoned trading posts, ghost towns, historic landmarks, and some truly random roadside attractions that make this road trip so special. From classic diners and small towns to wide open desert landscapes, this is everything we imagined Route 66 would be… and more.

This is just the beginning of our Route 66 journey, and already it’s been one of the most fun and surprising road trips we’ve ever done.
