After US seizes Venezuela oil tanker, White House says Trump 'does intend to seize the oil'

President Donald Trump announced on Dec. 10 that the United States seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela. The next day, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said the U.S. also intends to seize the tanker’s oil through a legal forfeiture process.
